Reliable event staff for a wide range of needs
Event Management – the process that monitors all events that occur through the IT infrastructure. It allows for normal operation and also detects and escalates exception conditions.
Bartenders/Servers/Banquet Staff – should expect to prepare and set up the seating for guests, prepare the food and drinks, serve guests, clean up after guests, break down the room, and store things in the proper location for the next service.
Hosts/Hostesses – responsible for ensuring that all events clients are extremely satisfied throughout their party, constantly exceeding guest expectations by proactively anticipating their needs, beginning with the set up process prior to the event. Events Host are also responsible for identifying and selling, food, beverage, and experience extension opportunities to be added onto events.
Security – responsible for the safety and security of all guests while providing a safe and enjoyable event for all guests.
